I would recommend this property :) Positive: Amazing location. Nice and clean property. Perfect for a family holiday..quiet and peaceful. Negative: A small problem was hot water..we didn't have any hot water for all 4day stay. For me personally that was not a problem I enjoyed cold showers BUT my daughter was not impressed :D

Positive: Location excellent, layout of barn very good Negative: The bed, was very hard snd uncomfortable , first thing we saw was ripped sofa did ring up, but it is being replaced. Shower curtain sticks to you hard to alter taps. The actual shower is very good

Wonderful position near to coast path. The property has been somewhat neglected. Dining chairs are old rusty metal garden chairs which is unacceptable, the sofa bed surface has degraded and is disintegrating, plate rack slats are loose and fall out and the plates are chipped. Cutlery and other utensils tend to be minimal, i.e. no microwave bowl or measuring jug and out of three saucepans one has a loose handle and is dangerous. In the fridge one of the door shelves is broken as is the salad drawer. Coat / clothes peg rack on back of bedroom door is broken and part of the bedroom mirror frame is missing plus the clothes hangers are very poor in quality and those that have a trouser bar are so thin and weak that the majority have broken. In all the property has the appearance of being run down and is badly in need of refurbishment.

Comfortable and nice location. Positive: Location was good. Everything you required for the stay. Negative: The shower hot tank must be very small. We had to boost the hot water when we had a shower.

Beautiful location, but missing the little thoughtful touches that would make us want to book again. Positive: Location was lovely. Nice enough barn, but badly laid out. Negative: Layout of bathroom, broken toilet roll holder, and ledge around sink. Had someone knock on door to come in and fix these things. I said it was convenient and to come back when we out. Awful roll top bath with very high sides and nowhere to put soap or shampoo etc. Having had hip replacement, I found it hard to get in, so I to have strip washes. Nowhere to put toiletries, so used a chair from dining table. Skylight in bedroom, right over sleeping area, so woken up early every morning. Torture. No curtain or blind in kitchen window, and window backed onto public footpath! Only 3 knives, forks and spoons, bit stingy. Lots of lids to saucepans that were not there. Fridge had no freezer compartment.
