Positive: Large comfortable property. Everything we needed. Large garden. 5 minutes from tintagel. Ideal base for visiting other areas. Beds very comfy and property very clean.
Negative: Needs an extra step down from decking on front. Very deep step

Positive: Tastefully converted, warm, sense of space for a small cottage. Good off road parking. Well equipped kitchen

Comfortable stay in a good location
Positive: Nice location, good views and very dog friendly
Negative: A little tired in places, stickers everywhere telling you want to do, lowers the tone a bit.

Cosy, spacious Cottage
We had a nice stay at the Sundance Cottage.
The place was spacious and very cosy. The kitchen was well equipped, just could maybe use a few updates, i.e sharper knives. The only disatvantage was that it is closer to the road when we expected and there is quite some traffic. Ciuld be a good idea to swip rhe bedrooms and have the master bedroom to the back for less noise.
