Positive: Lovely place, cozy house, great nature around with swimming pool, tennis and billiards. Negative: WiFi not worked

Comfortable and good value but not for poor sleepers. Positive: I was here with my nephew to walk some of the coast path. I liked the location because it was quiet -- no traffic noise -- and inexpensive though it took half an hour to drive to the coast. It was comfortable -- nice sofas -- and a bath with a constant supply of hot water. Important for walkers. The master bedroom was very nice, the second room less so (see below). My complaints were responded to and dealt with once the maintenance man could gain access (I should have left the key in the key safe). Negative: The main problem was the thin walls and close proximity of bedroom 2 to bathroom and living room meant that bath noise and TV kept my nephew awake and he left early because of this. The room was dark and although a table lamp was supplied there was nowhere to plug it in (an extension cord would have dealt with this). There was erratic wifi and the TV didn't work initially (was fixed for the last day). Light in the master bedroom broke but was fixed. Kitchen was adequately supplied but a teapot would have been nice. No dishwasher.

I would happily book this property again. Positive: The property was well equipped for self-catering vacations. Negative: There was no spare blanket for the extra foldout bed.
