Positive: Location, the facilities were superb. after sales care was really good Negative: There were a couple of minor issues, but easily fixed.

Spacious clean cottage with everything you need. Rural, quiet location.

Fun, relaxing and cute. Positive: The property was perfect for us. Quirky, comfortable and cute, we loved our time here. The furniture was comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped and the showers were great! Lovely garden. Negative: When we were making our way there we discovered that we had been sent the wrong postcode. The doors (especially the downstairs bathroom door) stuck and one of our party found themselves locked in. The hot tap in that bathroom (sink) was not working. The WiFi didn’t work…we tried everything.

The property is lovely and spacious and easily found with what 3 words. I love the wooden mezzanine floor and wooden cladded ceiling. The upstairs bath, sink and toilet were spotless. The beds and pillows were lovely and comfy with soft clean bed linen. Comfy sofas. Lovely base to explore the north coast. Points for improvement:Kitchen equipment wasn't clean enough to use straight off. Smears and grime and cobwebs on kitchen equipment. Old toilet tube left on floor under radiator in downstairs loo. Hair on downstairs toilet seat. Upstairs bathroom floor dusty and some hairs. Crumbs and lollypop stick left on coffee table in conservatory from previous guests. Generally a bit dusty and a few cobwebs althought forgiveable due to it being an old barn. Carpet in lounge very tired if not grubby looking. High chair not clean enough to put a baby in. Windows in conservatory so dirty that you can't see out. Maybe forgiveable due to hosepipe ban but could have been cleaned without a hose. Conservatory roof leaked onto floor and furniture. I recieved auto messages from the host Vay-Cays asking how the property was. When I replied with the above issues, i got an AI response relaying back what i'd typed and a 2nd message saying someone will get back to me shortly but no one ever did. Terrible communication from VayCays. I would not book anything again if the host is listed as vaycays. Overall we had a comfortable stay but could have been better.

Positive: Size, Location, kitchen Negative: Wifi, leaking faucets downstairs. No warm water in shower upstairs.
