The area was pretty, probably wouldn’t stay here again. Positive: The cabin itself wasn’t too bad however, the window curtains are all moldy which was a huge concern of ours due to having our 2 year old with us. Negative: The facilities are terrible. The “ Game room “ is run down and falling apart. The hotel looks like it’s been closed for years. Absolutely no staff anywhere.

Don’t spend much time at the lodge but would have done with a few better facilities as mentioned Positive: The location was very beautiful so peaceful and serene Negative: Wasn’t impressed by the facilities could have done better especially some kitchen cleaning equipment and the sofa wasn’t very clean and also provision to dry towels

Quite dated property and facilities hence the availability and price. Positive: Quite spacious and well kept considering its age. Well equipped kitchen. Quiet surroundings. Affordable. Good quality bedding and towels. Negative: Cobwebs everywhere in our lodge, suggesting it had been vacant for a while or just not thoroughly cleaned. Very uncomfortable bed. Very lumpy and saggy mattress. All the facilities are on their last legs. The children’s playroom was sparse and could do with some TLC. The little outside playground spaces were disappointing.

If I was to be asked if I would stay again I would say yes Positive: The location was great Negative: It was a little bit dated and the showers could do with an upgrade but apart from that it was a good holiday
