Depressing - not what we wanted for our summer holiday - feel conned Positive: Location - i rate north Cornwall highly Negative: The place is essentially shut down. You're hiring a chalet in a ghost town. The hotel is shut so no chance to pop down for breakfast or use any of the facilities. The games area is derelict. The pool is kept adequately clean, i don't mind that its unheated but it is uninviting - no feel good factor. Ive never given a bad review before and i use booking a lot, Ive always been positive even overlooking minor faults. I did contact provider direct to give them a chance but they're not convincingly concerned.
