Shame about the company running this place Positive: Good position great house Negative: The company running it did not respond to emails of phone calls. Property was dirty the garden was in a state. Could have so easily been a 5 star review with a little more care and attention.

Beautiful property and the weather was fabulous Positive: The property is beautiful and very spacious , however, maybe it had been vacant during the winter and the cupboards in the kitchen had a gusty smell, also outside the door was broken off the electric meter cupboard, and something maybe a fence post Khartoum been dug up in the garden and the large lump of concrete was lying in the garden, both of these were potential hazards for young children and as we had children with us ranging from 2 years to 10 years this was disappointing, but with a bit of tlc in the garden and a deep clean of the kitchen cupboards this would be a superb property for a family holiday

Positive: The house was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine, iron and electric cooker and oven. The welcome pack was a surprise to us but a great idea to include dish soap and clean tea towel. There were lots of different pots and pans, bowls and trays, mugs and glasses. The only thing missing was a cheese grater but we made things work with the super sharp paring knives. Parking space for two cars, 2 complete bathrooms plus the toilet downstairs. Two dining areas and large enough sofas for everyone. We were 7 in total and the bedrooms worked out perfect for us.

We wanted to stay in St Teath so this house was perfect. It's a great village with a lively pub serving good food. The house was spacious, light and airy. Lovely bedrooms which were all a decent size and the master was enormous. It is bigger than the photos show. We didn't use the garden much due to the time of year but it is a good size with lovely views. Easy parking. Highly recommended, we will visit again.
